Why Use Exoracing Stainless Steel Cable Ties?

Which Size Should I Choose?

• 4.6mm x 200mm: choose this for smaller diameter hoses, wiring, heat sleeve and compact jobs.
• 4.6mm x 300mm: choose this for larger hoses, wider heat sleeve, exhaust wrap and general high-heat securing.
• 8mm x 300mm: choose this where you want a wider, stronger tie with more surface area for larger wraps or heavier-duty securing.

If you are unsure, measure around the part you are securing and choose the closest tie length up. It is better to trim excess than to choose a tie that is too short.

Installation Guide:

Installing stainless steel cable ties is simple, but care should be taken when tightening and trimming because cut stainless edges can be sharp.

1. Choose a cable tie long enough to wrap fully around the part you are securing.
2. Wrap the tie around the exhaust wrap, sleeve, hose, wiring or component.
3. Feed the tail through the locking head.
4. Pull the tail firmly until the tie is tight and secure.
5. Trim the excess tail and make sure no sharp edge is left exposed.
