Returns & Shipping
We want ordering from Exoracing to feel simple and safe. If something is wrong, we will help fix it. If you are unsure about fitment before ordering, contact us first, and we will point you in the right direction.
- 14-day returns on new, unused items
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- We cover return shipping if the issue is our fault
- Custom or special order items cannot be returned
- Tracked deliveries should be sent somewhere they can be received safely
You can return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
If we sent the wrong item or the product is faulty, contact us, and we will help resolve it.
Send us your car details before ordering. It is much easier to get it right the first time.
Returns Policy
You can return new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been fitted, used, damaged, modified, or marked may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost
- For standard returns, we can refund up to £10 of return shipping unless agreed otherwise beforehand
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process
Refund Times
Once your return arrives with us, we will check the item and process the refund if everything is in order.
Refunds are usually processed faster, but please allow up to 4 weeks. This allows time for return shipping, inspection, refund processing, and your bank or payment provider releasing the funds.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

- Products not normally stocked by Exoracing
- Products not listed on our website but ordered on request
- Used, fitted, modified, damaged, or incomplete items
How To Start A Return
The easiest way to start a return is through your Exoracing account.
- Sign in to your account
- Go to your previous orders
- Click “Return items”
- Select the quantity you want to return
- Choose the return reason
- Select the return action
- Add any useful comments
- Submit your return request
- Follow the return instructions shown on screen

Shipping Information
We can ship to most addresses worldwide, although some products may be restricted depending on the destination.
Delivery estimates are based on product availability, destination, courier service, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and courier service used. Product weights may be rounded up in line with courier pricing rules.
Tracked Deliveries
If you choose a tracked delivery service, please make sure the delivery address is suitable, and someone can receive the parcel.
If a tracked delivery is requested to be left somewhere unsigned, unattended, or unsafe, Exoracing cannot be held responsible for missing goods.
