Shipping And Returns

Returns Policy

  1. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  2. All returns will be sent via Royal Mail; we will refund up to £10 of the costs unless discussed otherwise. 
  3. You should expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in most cases. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  4. Any products bought in specifically for you that we do not hold stock of, or list on the website will not be able to be returned under any circumstances.
  5. If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for returning items from your order.


  1. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, some products are restricted and cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  2. When you place an order, we will estimate your shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  3. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
  4. If a tracked shipping service (e.g., DPD) is requested to be delivered to a location that cannot be signed for, we cannot be held responsible or liable for missing goods.

How To Return A Product:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your previous orders.
  3. Click on the "return items?" link.
  4. Click the "qty to return" dropdown and select your desired amount.
  5. Click the "return reason" dropdown and select the reason for return.
  6. Click the "return action" dropdown and choose a selection.
  7. Enter any comments you would like to make, then press "submit return request".
  8. Follow the return instructions on the last screen to ship it back to us.
