Warranty Policy for Exoracing Branded Products

1. General Warranty Information:

Exoracing offers a limited warranty on all products for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Certain products may be eligible for a lifetime warranty, as indicated on the product pages, packaging, or documentation. All Exoracing warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable in any circumstance.

2. Coverage:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use. It includes repair, replacement or credit to the same product value at the time of purchase at Exoracing's sole discretion.

3. How We Will Fix Problems:

If a warranty-covered defect arises during the warranty period, customers should contact Exoracing's customer service department by clicking on our Contact Us page. Upon validation of the warranty claim, Exoracing will provide instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement. If the product in question has been discontinued or we have no stock to replace it, we will offer store credit to the value of the purchase at the time of ordering.

4. What the Warranty Doesn't Cover:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or use of the product for a purpose other than its intended function.

5. Claiming Warranty:

To claim warranty service, customers should contact Exoracing's customer service department via our Contact Us page. They must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, including photos of the product installed.

6. Lifetime Warranty Eligibility:

Products eligible for lifetime warranty coverage will be indicated on the product packaging, product page or documentation. Lifetime warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

7. Who is Liable for Shipping Under Warranty Claims:

For valid warranty claims, Exoracing will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement or repaired product to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Exoracing for the warranty service.

Exoracing reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and to make the final decision on all warranty-related issues.
