What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If something is genuinely faulty, we will resolve it.

What We Will Do

If your product qualifies under warranty, we will choose one of the following:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue store credit equal to your original purchase value

If the product is discontinued or unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.

How To Make A Warranty Claim

To start a claim, contact us via our Contact Us page.

Please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, ideally installed on the vehicle
Pro Tip: The more detail and photos you provide, the faster we can approve and resolve your claim.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or poor fitment
  • Misuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear over time

Lifetime Warranty

Some Exoracing products include lifetime warranty coverage. These will be clearly stated on the product page, packaging, or included documentation.

Lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.

Shipping For Warranty Claims

  • You are responsible for sending the product to us
  • We cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement product back to you

All warranty claims are assessed by Exoracing, and we reserve the right to determine the validity of each claim.
