The quick-release dry break fittings are rated to hold up to 2450PSI (check the specification table at the bottom). The outside of the fitting is made from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, while the middle is made from Grade 303 Stainless Steel and equipped with a Viton O-ring, which will ensure no fuel or oil leaks are possible.
These are a great option for fuel systems where you don't have to build fuel pressure again after removing a line or an oil cooler if the system is full of oil. This method allows you to disconnect, swap out the part in the middle, and reinstall without any leakage or bleeding necessary.
