Exoracing Battery Cut-Off Switch Installation Guide:

Follow the steps below to install your brand new Exoracing killswitch, but remember that you must install this correctly, or it could compromise your electrical system. If you are unsure of the steps below, please get in touch with a professional to install them.

1. If you use it for motorsports, you must read the rule book of whichever series you are in to ensure you correctly mount it. In this situation, it is better to follow their guidelines.
2. Once you have found a suitable location for mounting (generally somewhere you can easily access from inside or outside the car very quickly, such as the edges of the dashboard or boot), proceed to the next step.
3. Remove the battery terminals to ensure no current goes through the car and the positive wire.
4. Wait for a few minutes for the system to discharge any remaining voltage.
5. Cut the battery wire in the correct location. Then, strip the wire back to add terminals.
6. Add terminals to both ends using a crimping tool, connect both of these to either side of the cut-off switch, and tighten correctly.
7. Next, mount the battery cut-off switch in the location, drill the holes, and nut and bolt each end for a secure fit.
8. Connect the positive to the battery, and you're all done!
9. When the red key is in place, current flows through the switch, and when you rotate it counterclockwise and remove the key, all current is stopped in the circuit.
