Exoracing 2.5" 2 Bolt Exhaust Flange Installation Guide:

Installing our Exoracing 2.5" 2 Bolt Exhaust Flange is relatively straightforward; however, you must be a confident welder with the correct tools to install our exhaust flange successfully. 

If you're unsure, please seek a professional installation. 

1. Start by cleaning off the area you will be welding on the flange and the exhaust pipe; this can be done with something abrasive to ensure no coating is left on the material from the manufacturing process. 
2. Measure your pipework and cut it down to size before starting any welding. 
3. Now, we must ensure the flange is welded at the correct angle. You can fit your exhaust into a premade jig or bolt the flange to an existing flange on the car so you can line up the exhaust pipe.
4. Once you're confident everything is perfectly aligned, add a few tack welds between the flange and pipe to ensure it doesn't move. 
5. You can now remove the welded parts from the car or jig and continue to complete the weld around the flange.
6. Now you've successfully welded your Exoracing exhaust flange in place, remember to send up photos @exoracinguk.
