We are thrilled to introduce our latest product - the SpeedFactory Racing D16 H-beam Connecting Rods! These top-of-the-line rods are designed explicitly for turbocharged D-Series engine builds up to 700HP, providing unparalleled strength and quality at an affordable price.

Our unique design is much lighter than comparable H-beam rods available in the market, requiring minimal bottom sleeve clearance and clearing most factory D16 main girdles. These rods are highly durable and can easily accommodate any turbocharged Vitara or forged piston D16 build.

Made from 2-piece forged 4340 chromoly, these rods undergo a rigorous manufacturing process. They are heat-treated, magnafluxed, CNC machined and shot-peened to ensure the metal is stress-relieved. Additionally, they have precision alignment dowels to maintain big end bore size, positively locate the rod cap, and eliminate cap walk.

In addition to their top-of-the-line construction, these connecting rods also feature bronze alloy pin bushings for floating wrist pins and come with 220,000 psi rated 3/8” ARP2000 rod bolts. We include instructions and ARP Lube to make installation seamless with your purchase.
