reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing

We reserve the right to cancel any orders where products have errors, i.e. the price is massively under the correct value and in no way reflects the real value.
Also if a product is discontinued and has not yet been removed from our website, we will try our best to rectify the error and find a suitable replacement, but price differences may apply.

If you find any link on our Web site or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact
us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond

The Giveaway is open to residents in Europe aged 18 years or over.
Exoracing Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.
By entering our giveaways, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Route to entry for the Giveaway and details of how to enter are via the current Giveaway on our Facebook page.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Closing date and details for entries of our Giveaways will be made clear on the giveaway Facebook post or website carousel banner on our homepage if applicable.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Exoracing Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. If the prize is store credit or a gift card a cash alternative will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random by software i.e. a random number generator.
The winner will be notified by DM (direct message) via Facebook or via phone call. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
By entering this Giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current European data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the Giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
