<p>A cone filter replaces a compatible panel-filter airbox or worn universal filter with a larger exposed filter surface. The Exoracing filter is designed for custom and modified intake systems where the neck diameter and available space match one of the listed sizes.</p>
<p>The synthetic cotton-gauze element is reusable. It can be cleaned with a dedicated air-filter cleaning solution, rinsed carefully with low-pressure water, allowed to dry naturally and then re-oiled with dedicated filter oil before refitting.</p>
<p>Every size uses a black filter element and rubber-polymer neck for a clean engine-bay finish. The supplied worm-drive clamp secures the filter to compatible intake pipework.</p>

<h2>Universal Air Filter Installation Guide</h2>
<ol>
<li>Allow the engine and intake system to cool before starting work.</li>
<li>Measure the outside diameter of the intake pipe where the filter will sit. Select the matching filter neck internal diameter: 63mm, 76mm or 89mm.</li>
<li>Measure the space around the intake pipe and choose either the 165mm or 235mm filter height. Allow clearance from bodywork, wiring, hoses, belts, fans and hot exhaust or turbo components.</li>
<li>Remove the existing filter or intake connection and clean the outside of the intake pipe.</li>
<li>Place the supplied clamp over the filter neck, then slide the filter fully onto the intake pipe.</li>
<li>Position the filter so it is not strained, crushed or touching moving or hot components.</li>
<li>Tighten the worm-drive clamp until the filter is secure. Do not overtighten it and damage the rubber neck.</li>
<li>Check that every intake connection is secure, start the engine and inspect the filter for movement or an air leak.</li>
<li>Recheck the clamp after the first drive.</li>
