Our push lock rubber hose is best suited to our range of push lock hose ends. The barbs on the push lock hose ends are designed specifically to allow the hose to be pushed on, but they add extra resistance once there is pressure in the lines, so removing them can be a bit challenging! Even though they are just a push on fitting, they can still operate with up to 250psi. The beauty of a push lock rubber hose is how universal it is!

One of the greatest features of the push lock rubber hose is how flexible it can be. You can bend this hose round a much tighter radius then you could with a braided hose, but just be careful to make sure there are no kinks, as that would stop the flow of the fluid you are transferring. 

Our range of push lock rubber hose is a great solution for making different lines in your vehicle, from coolant, oil and even fuels with high ethanol content like E85 and E10.

We have used AN sizing for all of our push-lock rubber hoses and push-lock fittings, making it as simple as possible to choose the correct fitting for your application. 

You can order our push lock rubber hose in uncut lengths of up to 20m! So, for example, if you order a quantity of 5, you will recieve 1 length of hose at 5 metres long.

Exoracing Push Lock Hose Installation Notes

Installing a fitting onto your push-lock rubber hose may seem simple. However, as the tolerances are quite fine, the smaller sizes can be tricky.

It might be tempting to pick up that old pot of grease you have lying around. Although it will help with installation, different types of grease can eat away at the rubber, stop it from sealing correctly or get into the fluid and cause issues further down the line. There are specific approved water-soluble assembly lubes that can be used, such as Dixon P-80 emulsion assembly lube. Using such products will aid assembly and then dry without any adverse effects on your connection.
