Why use Exoracing Blue Push Lock Rubber Hose?
At Exoracing, our goal is to provide you with the best parts possible without sacrificing quality or safety! All the parts involved in making up your fluid transfer hoses require great detail to ensure maximum safety and performance!
Our blue push lock rubber hose is designed to be used with our range of push lock hose ends. The barbed fittings will allow you to push on the hose, but will stop itself from coming loose, even under the vigours of motorsport! Even though they are so simple to install by pushing the hose over the fitting, they can still hold up to 250 psi without any trouble.
The beauty of the blue push lock rubber hose is its flexibility. Feeding this hose around a tight radius is no problem; just make sure you look out for kinks in the hose, as this will halt the flow of any fluids!
Push-lock rubber hoses are a fantastic solution for fluid transfer in your vehicle. They can handle coolant, oil, and even high-ethanol-content racing fuels!
Our hose is manufactured in AN sizing, making it simple to pick out what fittings you need to match your hose. You can order our blue push lock rubber hose in uncut lengths of up to 20m. So, for example, if you order a quantity of 5, you would receive one hose that is 5 metres long.

Exoracing Push Lock Hose Installation Notes
Installing a fitting onto your push-lock rubber hose may seem simple. However, as the tolerances are quite fine, the smaller sizes can be tricky.
It might be tempting to pick up that old pot of grease you have lying around. Although it will help with installation, different types of grease can eat away at the rubber, stop it from sealing correctly or get into the fluid and cause issues further down the line. There are specific approved water-soluble assembly lubes that can be used, such as Dixon P-80 emulsion assembly lube. Using such products will aid assembly and then dry without any adverse effects on your connection.
We've written an in depth guide on hose assembly that you can read here:
