Installation Guide:
Professional installation is recommended if you are not confident working around turbocharger, oil, coolant or exhaust components.
- Allow the vehicle to cool fully before working around the turbocharger.
- Remove any parts needed to access the turbo to manifold flange, including oil, coolant or intake parts if required.
- Remove the turbo flange nuts or bolts and take out the old gasket.
- Clean both mating faces and check them with a straight edge. If either flange is warped, resurface it before fitting the new gasket.
