This AluCell offers an affordable solution for those who do not require FIA approval for professional racing but still want all benefits of the Nuke Performance CFC Unit. The AluCell is suitable for use with carburettor-based fuel systems and with the integrated CFC Unit from Nuke Performance. The AluCell eliminates the need for an external fuel surge tank which would otherwise be needed when running a fuel cell, making it is a perfect alternative for fuel-injected systems. The AluCell is made of the highest quality Aluminium for use with all types of fuels and is 100% proof for petrol, Methanol and Ethanol.

The AluCell Aluminium fuel cells come delivered with the Nuke Performance CFC Unit as a fill plate replacement. The unique CFC Unit from Nuke Performance is the perfect solution for a simplified high-performance fuel system where simplicity and durability are of the utmost importance. This setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external surge tank. With all the needed fuel pumps mounted within the fuel cell itself, this is the only thing you need. This AluCell frees up space and weight and increases safety as fewer fuel line fittings are necessary and no external fuel pumps are used.

The AluCell is delivered with the unique Nuke Performance CFC unit with an integrated fuel surge tank function and fits either single or dual high-pressure fuel pumps from AEM, Ti Automotive/Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive, Deatschwerks and many more. The CFC unit fits all common 39mm fuel pumps as well as the larger body diameter Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST450/GST520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. This solution is ready to deliver steady fuel flow for demands anywhere between 200 - 2000 horsepower without fuel starvation, even during demanding driving conditions, thanks to the internal surge tank. The CFC unit fits most common fuel pumps. Together with the Nuke Performance fuel pump mounting kits, it has never been this easy to set up a high-performance fuel system.
How to mount fuel pumps within the AluCell fuel cell and surge tank.
The single fuel pump mounted in the fuel cell functions as a pickup fuel pump that ensures that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 2 litre / 0.53 gallon surge tank always have enough fuel to maximise fuel flow and minimise the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine. The CFC unit is delivered with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of choice but Nuke Performance recommend adding one of their fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the billet fuel pump brackets.

The Nuke Performance CFC Unit - Low profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with an integrated fuel surge tank, is now equipped with ORB threads instead of the UNF threads they used in the beginning. The AN10 ORB outlet port and the AN08 ORB return port lets you choose from a wide range of different available ORB fittings. The use of the oversized, high flow AN10 ORB outlet combines the internal fuel pumps into one single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses, and fittings. The included rollover protected vent fitting is of AN06 (3/4" UNF) and can be swapped for AN06 to AN10 when needed. Outlet and return AN06, AN08, AN10 and AN12 fittings are sold separately.
Aluminium lightweight 60 Litre fuel cell with integrated brackets.
To enable the highest possible quality, the AluCells are made out of two pieces of Aluminium and are automatically welded by a 5-axis welding robot. Each one is individually pressure tested before surface treatment to ensure maximal functionality and CE marking requirement specifications. With the use of high corrosion resistance Aluminium 5083 H111, it does not need any internal anodizing or powder coating (often found in cheaper fuel cells) that gets affected by alcoholic fuels such as Ethanol. This prevents damage to your injectors and filters when the coating dissolves.
