The SpeedFactory Intercooler Upgrade is a high-quality intercooler perfect for street and race applications. It's designed for use with factory or upgraded turbochargers and is ideal for those who desire up to 850HP or 850HP-1000HP+ of efficient charge air cooling.
This intercooler is built with a high-quality 3.0" or 3.5" thick SpeedFactory Air-to-Air Intercooler Core, featuring bar and plate construction with a particular staggered fin combination engineered to achieve maximum cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop. Our custom-engineered end tanks are hand-formed in-house from H-3 5052 aluminium and fully TIG welded. Two mounting tabs are welded to the top of the core for easy, solid installation. No modification of the front bumper cover or crash beam is necessary for installation.
This intercooler comes standard with 3" inlet / 3" outlet bead rolled tube ends, and Vibrant Performance Vanjen clamps are also available upon request for faster, more secure charge pipe connections. Please email us before you place your order if you would like the Vanjen flanges welded to your intercooler. All of our intercoolers ship complete with the SpeedFactory logo stencilled on the face of the core.
