Speedfactory MLSS Head Gasket for Honda B-Series Vtec

We are pleased to announce that SpeedFactory Racing now offers Honda/Acura B-Series VTEC MLS head gaskets that are suitable for all B-Series VTEC applications, including high-output engines equipped with nitrous, turbocharged, or supercharged systems.

Our gaskets feature specialized embossments, a unique internal silicone bead on the oiling passages, and a 4-layer construction that improves sealing. These features make them perfect for high-output engines that experience head lifts or movement. They are also thick enough for O-rings in extremely high-output applications that require reliable combustion sealing.

Our gaskets have been tested up to 1000HP and have provided excellent results in non-O-ringed blocks when used with our Extreme Duty L19 Head Stud Kit. However, when used with O-ringed sleeved blocks, they can handle up to 1400hp+. It's important to note that this is NOT a stopper ring-type design. O-ringing the cylinder head or block becomes necessary for a reliable combustion seal.

Our gaskets also feature enlarged head stud holes, which are compatible with 1/2" head studs. This reduces the time and effort required during engine assembly. The only holes that need to be modified when running 1/2" head studs are the two locating dowel holes, which remain OEM-sized.

At SpeedFactory Racing, we have successfully used these gaskets on wet deck Bullet Billet blocks, which utilize 1/2" head studs at 1400+whp. We have had much better success running O-rings with a non-stopper design.
