We are incredibly excited to announce we are finally opening our brand new Exoracing affiliate program after working on it for months!

By the time you have read to the bottom of this, you will know everything our program offers and whether we are a good fit for you and your brand or presence online.

Who are Exoracing?

For any of you who don't know (although I'm sure most of you already follow us on social media), We are exoracing, a Japanese performance car parts company formed in 2018 to sell the highest quality car parts and brands worldwide.

We have a combined social media following of just shy of 50,000, which is growing daily.

We specialise in Japanese performance parts and heat management and hold a huge amount of stock, allowing us to ship to customers worldwide daily.

What is an affiliate program?

Affiliate marketing is based on revenue sharing. You promote a product or service and earn a commission for each sale.

For our Exoracing affiliate program, you would earn money online by sending your followers or viewers using your unique referral link to the Exoracing website and earning a commission when they buy anything from us within a time period.

The more followers you refer to Exoracing through your marketing, the more likely you are to make a sale and the more commission you can earn. This commission is completely uncapped, so there is no limit on what you can earn.

How does it work?

The process is incredibly simple:

1. Sign up here
2. Access your Team Exo dashboard
3. Send your unique link to followers or readers
4. They purchase, and you get a commission

Then, after 30 days, or the end of the month, you will get your payout via your preferred method if the customer doesn't return or cancel the product they ordered. For all payout methods, please refer to the FAQ at the bottom.

Who can apply?

We have a few basic requirements that you must meet before we can accept you into our Exoracing affiliate program.

1. A content creator based around performance cars
2. An influencer/micro-influencer on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok OR have an automotive blog
3. A minimum of 1000 followers on your chosen platform
4. Post regularly (at least once a month)

Once you have met the criteria for our Exoracing affiliate program and applied, we will review the application and either accept or deny it within 2-3 working days. As a side note, we will manually review all applications, but for more information on this, head over to the FAQ at the bottom.

After this, you can go ahead and start earning!

How much can I earn?

I'm sure this is the section you have all been waiting for!

So, the earnings are completely uncapped and solely depend on how much effort you are willing to put in. As of right now, subject to change, we are paying:

10% on any Exoracing branded products

4% on any brands that we sell

Q. Will I need to handle stock?

A. No, we will take care of all the fulfilment; you only need to market to your customers or audience using your code/s. Once they buy something, you will earn a commission. We handle all the stock, so you will never need to touch or ship any products.

Q. How long does approval take?

A. Approval can take up to 2 working days, but it will likely be much quicker depending on the number of applications we receive on a specific day.

Q. Why would I want to join?

A. You have already done the hard part by gaining followers on your platform! Now, if you choose to, you can quickly and easily monetise your following. 

Q. What are the extra benefits?

A. Once the program runs for a few months, we will roll out tier-based perks and bonuses to help you earn even more money. We already have a few in the pipeline, and the only way to find out is to sign up :D

Q. How do I get started?

A. Visit our Team Exo sign-up page, fill out the form, and wait for us to reply. Once you are accepted, you will be able to market straight away and start earning money.

Q. What is the minimum payout?

A. The minimum payout is £30, which is subject to change. We can send it to you directly or have it in store credit with a 10% multiplier.

Q. What are my payout options?

A. Currently, the payout options are:

• Paypal
• Bank transfer
• Store credit (10% multiplier)

And they are paid once a month or 30 days after your last sale.

Q. What is the cookie duration?

A. The cookie duration is currently set to 7 days. This is the time between your customer or follower clicking your unique referral link and purchasing. If they go out of the 7 days, they will need to use your link again for your account to be credited. This is the only way to track the correct order to the correct affiliate accurately.

Q. Can I send a specific product page link?

A. Yes, via our portal, you can head to the Marketing Materials tab, where you can find a unique link generator. All you need to do is paste our website link into the first field, copy the second field, and you will have a trackable link to a specific product page.

This is very useful if you are trying to direct a follower to a specific product page without them having to find it themselves or if you are reviewing a product on YouTube, for example, and want to easily link the exact product directly.

If you are struggling with this, please get in touch with us; we can manually generate the link for you if you wish.

Q. Why do I need over 1000 followers?

A. In our experience on social media over the years, the 1000 subscriber mark is generally where people seem to be the most consistent in posting and engaging followers. This is subject to change, though, and we will manually review every application that comes through.

One thing that is a MUST is for you to be a content creator based around performance cars. We love the car community we share, so if the main content you produce is not car-related, this program probably isn't for you.

Q. Will you provide marketing materials?

A. Yes, we will have marketing material on the portal, which you can download, but if you need any specific media, please get in touch with us. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to create your own marketing materials, provided they include somewhere that you are an affiliate of Exoracing.

Q. Will I need to declare the income?

A. Yes, depending on your local laws, affiliate income is classed as taxable income. For more information, please visit the government website for taxable earnings.
