Installation Guide
- Test-fit the tag over your sleeve/loom to confirm size before heating.
- Slide the tag into position (e.g., over the end of the silicone heat sleeve on an AN line, or at intervals along a loom).
- Apply even heat with a heat gun, moving continuously to avoid scorching; shrink until the tag is fully recovered and snug.
- Allow to cool before handling. If needed, add a second tag for extra retention or symmetry.

How do I pick the right size?
Measure the largest outside diameter you need to pass over (e.g., an AN fitting with sleeve). Choose the tag that can slip over that OD, and remember it will shrink to about one-third of its nominal size for a snug fit.
Will this damage the silicone heat sleeve?
No—used correctly with a heat gun and steady movement, the tag shrinks without scorching. Avoid holding heat in one spot and keep clear of direct exhaust/turbo heat.
Can I use them on wiring only, without a braided sleeve?
Yes. They work directly on cable bundles to tidy routes and mark intervals, or over a braided sleeve for a clean termination.
Are they reusable?
No. Once shrunk, tags are not designed to be expanded again. Cut off and replace if you need to rework the area.
