Why use Exoracing AN Black Braided PTFE Hose?
Here at Exoracing, we take motorsport seriously. We understand that sub-par products can affect performance and safety. That's why our range of braided hoses is made to the highest quality possible.
Our braided PTFE hose is designed to be used specifically with PTFE hose ends, which are different from conventional swivel hose ends. By using the correct PTFE hose ends, you are guaranteed to get a seal that will hold up to the rigours of motorsport and beyond. We must make it clear that using a hose finisher or generic hose clamp with a braided PTFE hose will not give you a reliable seal like it would with a push-lock hose.
Our range of braided PTFE hoses are available with a black nylon outer braid and also a stainless steel braid. The black nylon braiding is much more flexible than the stainless counterpart, but the stainless braiding will offer more protection in places where rubbing could be an issue.
A braided PTFE hose is one of the best solutions for fuel lines. It's flexible and durable, it will cope with high ethanol-content fuels, and it won't leak fuel vapours like a rubber braided hose would. This means that if you need to run a fuel line through the inside of your car, you won't get gassed out by the fumes!
All of our braided hoses use AN sizing, which makes it simple to pair them with the correct fittings and is universally used in the automotive industry.
Our hose is available in uncut lengths of up to 20m. If you order a quantity of 4 metres, you will receive one uncut length of the hose 4 metres long.
