Heat Reflective Sheet Installation Guide:

Installing reflective tape properly is crucial for achieving long-lasting performance and a clean finish. Here's how to use the microfibre & squeegee bundle for best results:

1. Start by ensuring the area is cool and dry. Use the Exoracing microfibre cloth to wipe down the surface, removing dust, dirt, and loose debris. For best results, lightly spray the cloth with isopropyl alcohol or surface cleaner and thoroughly clean the area to remove any oils, grease, or residue that could affect adhesion. Let it dry completely.
2. Measure and cut the reflective tape to your desired length. Test-fit the piece before removing the backing to ensure proper positioning, especially around bends or corners.
3. Peel back a small section of the adhesive liner from the tape. Carefully place the exposed section onto the cleaned surface and press lightly to tack it in place.
4. As you peel away more of the liner, use the Exoracing felt-edge squeegee to press the tape down gradually. Apply even pressure from the centre outward to push out air bubbles and ensure the tape conforms to curves and edges. Continue this process until the entire strip is applied.
5. Once the tape is fully applied, run the squeegee over the entire surface again for good measure. If needed, use the microfibre cloth to wipe away fingerprints or excess adhesive for a clean finish.
