Heat Reflective Tape Installation Guide

This kit helps prepare the surface and apply adhesive-backed reflective heat products with a cleaner finish.

1. Make sure the surface is cool, dry and safe to work on.
2. Use the microfibre cloth to remove dust, dirt, fingerprints and loose debris.
3. For better adhesion, use a suitable residue free surface cleaner or isopropyl alcohol, then allow the area to dry fully.
4. Measure and cut the reflective tape or sheet to the required size.
5. Test fit the piece before removing the backing paper.
6. Peel back a small section of the adhesive liner and position the first edge carefully.
7. Use the felt-edge squeegee to press the material down from the centre outwards.
8. Continue peeling the liner back while smoothing the tape or sheet into place.
9. Run the squeegee over the surface again to improve contact and remove trapped air.
10. Wipe the finished surface with the microfibre cloth if needed.
