This kit is for Honda Civic EG/EK 1992-2000 models running D-series D15 or D16 coolant hose layouts. It includes the main 10 silicone hoses and the clamp kit needed to replace the matching rubber hoses in the engine bay.

• Fits: Honda Civic EG/EK D15/D16 1992-2000 with matching D-series hose routing.

Exoracing D-Series Silicone Hose Kit Installation Guide:

Install this kit while the engine is cold and the coolant system is drained.

1. Make sure the engine is completely cold before opening the cooling system.
2. Safely raise the car if extra access is required and place a drain pan under the radiator drain point.
3. Remove the radiator cap, drain the coolant and dispose of old coolant responsibly.
4. Lay out the 10 silicone hoses and match each one against the original hose it will replace.
5. Remove one old hose at a time and fit the matching Exoracing silicone hose in the same location.
6. Make sure each hose is fully seated on the pipe neck before tightening the supplied 304 stainless clamp.
7. Do not over-tighten clamps, as excessive clamp force can damage silicone hoses.
8. Refill the cooling system with suitable coolant and bleed the system fully.
9. Run the engine up to temperature, check for leaks, then recheck the coolant level once the engine cools.

Installation difficulty: moderate DIY. Professional installation is recommended if you are not confident in draining and bleeding a cooling system.
