Exoracing 60mm Fuel Pump Holder Installation Guide:

When installing the Exoracing 60mm fuel pump holder, follow our step-by-step guide below to install the external fuel pump quickly and easily. If you are unsure of any of the steps below, then please get in touch with a professional who will be able to assist or install for you.

1. Firstly, ensure the pump will be installed in the correct location in the system (generally after the swirl pot) and mark roughly where you want to mount the bracket by either marking through the holes or making two marks 111mm apart.
2. Using a 7mm drill bit, drill through the place you are mounting the fuel pump bracket, such as the boot floor, using the markings you just made.
3. Put a bolt in from the top and a nut from the bottom and tighten.
4. Undo the retaining screw on the top of the fuel pump holder and insert the fuel pump into the bracket.
5. Tighten the retaining screw until the pump does not move.
