<h2>Exoracing Titanium Intake And Exhaust Stud Kit Installation Guide</h2>

<li>Confirm the original intake or exhaust manifold thread is M8x1.25.</li>
<li>Remove the old studs or bolts carefully. If they are corroded, use the correct penetrating fluid and take your time to avoid damaging the cylinder head threads.</li>
<li>Apply a small amount of suitable anti-seize to the titanium stud threads before installing them into an aluminium cylinder head.</li>
<li>Install the Exoracing titanium studs using a 3mm Allen key or hex socket. Do not exceed 30Nm / 22lbft on the stud.</li>
<li>Fit the gasket and manifold over the studs.</li>
<li>Install the supplied titanium flanged nuts and tighten to the correct OEM/manufacturer torque setting for your engine and manifold.</li>
<li>After a few heat cycles, recheck and retorque the studs and nuts if required.</li>
