Exoracing B/D-Series Titanium Sump Bolt Kit Installation Guide:

This is a simple service hardware replacement when the car is safely raised, and the sump area is accessible.

1. Safely raise the car and support it on axle stands or use a ramp.
2. Drain the engine oil if there is any risk of oil escaping while the sump hardware is removed.
3. Remove the original sump nuts and bolts one at a time, checking the mating area and thread condition as you work.
4. Install the Exoracing titanium hardware in the same positions as the original Honda hardware.
5. Torque the hardware to the factory Honda sump setting of 9 ft/lb, working from the rear centre to the front centre in a crisscross pattern around the sump.
6. Refit the sump plug with a fresh crush washer, refill the engine oil to the correct level, start the engine, and check carefully for leaks.
