This is a Motorsport grade, lightweight fuel rail kit with unique injector safety clips. 100% safe for alcoholic fuels such as Ethanol and fits directly to the intake thanks to the included bolt on mounting brackets.

Please Note: This kit is made for Bosch EV14 L injectors.

Co-developed with worldwide teams in Motorsport, this fuel rail kit is set to perform under all conditions and for any horsepower requirement. This is the best ORB08 fuel rail on the market for the GM 3800-2 / L36-2 engines with the highest flow capacity. Delivered with AN08 fittings with alcoholic fuel safe Viton o-rings. AN06 and AN10 fittings are optional and sold separately.

Injector safety clips ensure appropriate sealing and safety.

A unique feature of the Nuke Performance fuel rails is the injector safety clips that ensure the injectors maintain a perfect sealing even during extreme fuel pressure usage. Whether during assembly, install on the engine or in the unfortunate case of an accident, the injectors will remain solidly on the rail. No fuel is spilled even if the fuel pump continues to run or there is latent pressure in the fuel system.

Stainless Steel bolt on brackets, everything you need is included.

Bolt on lightweight Stainless Steel brackets are included with the kit, designed to fit straight to the inlet, ensuring compatibility and perfect fitment to the 3800 Series II and L36 Series II engines. Everything you need is included within the kit, add injectors of choice and you are ready to go.

All needed fittings for the narrow installation are included.

There is close to no space available for fittings when running an aftermarket fuel rail on the 3800 / L36 engines. Nuke Performance have made a solution with the smaller 1/4" BSPP AN06 fittings on the bottom side of the fuel rail. This makes you able to choose between running AN08 line into the fuel rail and AN06 out, or running AN08 in, then AN06 between the fuel rails as a bridge and then AN08 out of the second fuel rail. Thanks to the over dimensioned internal diameters of the fuel rails and the included fittings, this guarantees for perfect and sufficiently high fuel flow for even the highest power usage.
