Our team is thrilled to share the recent release of our highly anticipated SpeedFactory AWD B-Series Billet Transfer Case. This product has undergone an entire year of development, testing, and refinement to ensure that it meets the highest quality and performance standards. Our transfer case is made from a solid 7075-T6 Aluminum Billet, significantly improving the weak cast OEM case. Our design is approximately 85% stronger than the typically used 6061-T6. We take great pride in that our product is built to withstand the most demanding conditions and provide you with the peace of mind you need when driving your vehicle.

One of the unique features of our design is the large diameter 4-bolt inspection cover that allows for easy on-car inspection and assembly. This feature is essential as it allows for quick and efficient maintenance, prolonging the life of your transfer case.

We provide each housing with a solid titanium dowel pin to prevent bent/crushed OEM dowels due to transfer case rotation and x4 identical length flange bolts for mounting that precisely locate the body to stop rotation under hard drag launches. We understand that every detail matters in performance and have taken great care to ensure that every aspect of our product is designed to deliver maximum results.

Each housing undergoes a rigorous 15-point QC checklist to inspect bearing tolerances carefully, tapped holes, and part fitment/interference to avoid any issues during assembly. We take great care in ensuring that our product meets the highest quality and performance standards.

In addition, we include all necessary components, such as O-rings, output shaft seal, and bolts, for your convenience. Notes:

You must have a '99-'01 "PEP" stamped oem transfer case to start building from. Earlier "PBX" stamped transfer cases are not compatible. Requires assembly and shimming to OEM specifications. It is HIGHLY recommended that you have the assembly & installation performed by a reputable specialist experienced in building these transfer cases. Compatible with all currently known B-Series transfer drives & hypoid gear sets.
